Of the many double entendres in the Lord of the Rings film trilogy, only those that are unmistakably intentional are eligible for this list. As follows:
"Nobody tosses a dwarf" - Gimli the Dwarf to Boromir on the bridge of doom (Fellowship of the Ring).
"You shall taste MAN flesh!" - Saruman to his new army of Orcs (Fellowship of the Ring).
The outrageous length of Aragorn's huge pointy sword, as he enters the mountain of the dead (Return of the King).
The oh-so-platonic, four-hobbits-in-a-bed love romp when Frodo recovers consciousness in Minas Tirith (Return of the King).
The tragic, misty-eyed look on Frodo's face at Sam's wedding (Return of the King) is not eligible for this list, because the entendre is not double.
